What is the IAS ongoing client maintenance & reporting system?
Implementation of Client Care Packages across the adviser's client base that comprise of:
Monthly Adviser Bulletins
Monthly Adviser Bulletins with 7 financial articles each (total of 84 a year!)


Advice Matters Magazines
Half-yearly 'Advice Matters' magazines with at least 12 articles each.


Retirement Health Check Report
Sent annually in the month of the client's birthday regarding their superannuation and/or pension accounts. There are 4 versions of this report available:
- Superannuation
- Account-based pension
- Transition to retirement
- Super & Pension

Financial Directions Report
Sent every two years by default (although this frequency can be changed), detailing the information the advice business has of their client's financial affairs.

Client Survey
A feedback form sent to clients of the advice business asking what they felt of the various communications and reports sent to them and also if they had any suggestions for improvement.
